Here is my take on the current challenge running over at BBTB. I was so excited to join in because you get the chance to use 2 images from 'Peggy Loves Vintage'. Now if that's not exciting enough if you enter you also have the chance to win a 'Peggy Loves Vintage' CD.........
Both images were so adorable but in the end I opted for this gorgeous elephant because I am a fan of anything red and I love polka dots. You also needed to include any Cricut cut from any cartridge on your project. I decided to make a clipboard and used the red spotty paper from a set called 'Merry Christmas' from Funky Fairys. I then added a strip on each side using my MS Doily lace punch. Using my software I typed my own text on to the image then resized and printed it. I used the 'Ever' cut from Storybook cartridge cut 1.5" x 1.5". Using my DS I made a shadow to make it pop. The flowers and ribbon is from my stash. To finish it off I glued on a small bulldog clip. I am really happy with the end result. If you haven't already then I would definitely check out 'Peggy Loves Vintage'.
